The best way to start a project is to pay for the plan and we will book a call to discuss your needs. The work on your project will start between 1 and 3 days after the call and when all the required assets from your end are provided. More complex projects like brand guidelines, websites and apps might take more time for us to review and do our due diligence. If you are on a month by month or a subscription plan, the first day of the plan starts after our first meeting.

You can request an unlimited number of projects, but they should be in order of priority. The work is done fast, but not rushed, and the clearer and faster your feedback, the faster the work will be done.

Yes. We understand that there may be times when you've completed your design projects and do not have any additional work lined up. Our flexible subscription model enables you to pause your subscription as needed.

Yes. Once we receive your feedback on a project, we will either add it to our schedule within one business day, or we will ask for any clarification and then add it to our schedule. If you send more feedback on the same design version, it will be scheduled and addressed after the previous round, provided that the consolidated feedback is received It is your responsibility to provide consolidated feedback. Most feedback will be addressed, on average, within 3 business days, less if possible.

The work will be fast but not rushed. Depending on the complexity of the projects, the turnaround time is, on average, between 3-5 business days. However, smaller design requests may have a shorter turnaround time. For larger and more complicated projects such as brand guidelines, website design, or app design, several milestones will be scheduled at the beginning of the project, and it may take more than a month to complete them. The turnaround time may be faster if we work together frequently.

Anything art direction or design is included. If any Boosters were added, they would be included too, but these are paid hourly. We don’t do updates to existing websites, website migration, or any type of coding.

With our Unlimited Design and art direction plans, you pay a flat monthly fee instead of paying on an hourly or per-project basis. You assign us a certain number of design projects, and we work on them in the order you set. After finishing one project, we will begin working on the next one on the same day. Typically, we prefer to start with larger projects, such as branding, before moving on to smaller tactics, such as social media posting.

To ensure that we deliver quality work, the number of tasks completed in a month will depend on the complexity of each task and the time it takes to receive your feedback. Generally, more complex design requirements will take longer to complete. Before starting the project, we will provide you with a timeline. While it is not always possible to finish a project in just one month, we can achieve a lot with timely and clear consolidated feedback.
