How does Support Hero Work?

The best way to start a project is to pay for the plan and we will book a call to discuss your needs. The work on your project will start between 1 and 3 days after the call and when all the required assets from your end are provided. More complex projects like brand guidelines, websites and apps might take more time for us to review and do our due diligence. If you are on a month by month or a subscription plan, the first day of the plan starts after our first meeting.

Support Hero includes unlimited work, but the feedback will be addressed in the order it is received, one at a time. The work is done fast, but not rushed, and the clearer and faster your feedback, the faster the work will be done.

Yes. Once we receive your feedback on a project, we will either add it to our schedule within one business day, or we will ask for any clarification and then add it to our schedule. If you send more feedback on the same design version, it will be scheduled and addressed after the previous round. It is your resposibility to provide consolidated feedback. Most feedback will be addressed within 3 business days, less if possible.

The work will be fast but not rushed. Depending on the complexity of the projects, the turnaround time starts at 4-5 business days, less for smaller design requests. Some larger, more complicated projects like brand guidelines, website design or app design will take longer. Those will have several milestones scheduled at the beginning of the project, and may need more than a month to complete. The more we work together, the faster the work will be.

Anything art direction or design is included. If any Boosters were added, they would be included too, but these are paid hourly. We don’t do updates to existing websites, website migration, or any type of coding.

With unlimited graphic design, you pay a flat monthly fee instead of paying on an hourly or per-project basis. You assign us a number of design projects, and we work on them in your set order. After finishing one, we begin with the other work on the same day. We usually prefer to start with the bigger project, for example branding, before working on the tactics, like social posting.

In order to ensure we deliver quality work, the number of tasks completed in a month depends on the complexity of each task, and the time it takes for your feedback. In general, the more complex the design requirements are, the more time it will take to complete. We will provide you with a timeline before we start the project. It is not always possible to finish any project in just one month, but a lot can be achieved with timely and clear consolidated feedback.
